2. Click on Campaigns Tab placed just below the Dashboard Tab inside the Tabs Menu on the left side of the window. The Campaigns window opens as shown below.
3. Click on the name of the Campaign for which you want to enable ‘Survey Mode’. For example, in the picture given below the "University Admissions” Campaign has been selected.
4. Next, open Settings Menu Inside your Campaigns window. A window similar to the following window will appear.
5. Scroll down the Settings Menu to find the ‘Enable Survey Mode’ label with a check-box placed before it. Click inside this check-box to enable the Survey Mode.
6. A tick-mark is visible inside the check-box. Below this, a text-box appears where you can enter the ‘short utterance’ words separated by space. ‘Short utterance’ words are those words for which AI is programmed to give faster responses. Once the AI finds these words in the user’s response, it will stop listening and move onto the next question without taking further time. As an illustration, I have entered the words ‘yes’ and ‘no’ as ‘short utterance’ words inside the text-box in the picture given below. One can add a maximum of 25 words with ‘short utterances’ inside the text-box.
7. After you are finished filling the ‘short utterance’ words, click on the Save button given below the AI Agent Voice selection drop-down menu. A green colour message-box will appear at the bottom-right corner of the window displaying the message-”Campaign updated”!
